What you’ll be doing

This exciting role offers a diverse range of opportunities for individuals who are eager to develop a career in education. Whether you are a qualified professional or an experienced tutor seeking a new and rewarding path, you will provide high-quality, exam-focused expertise and student support. 

 

As such, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Teaching online - Effectively delivering tuition across a number of financial courses and qualifications.
  • Developing and writing courseware
  • Marking and feeding back on student scripts
  • This role will involve some travel to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man

 

 

What experience you’ll need

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

 

  • Hold a relevant qualification (relevant to Accountancy & Tax) such as those provided by ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or ICAS
  • Focused and passionate about student success as well as seeking to improve and enhance the student experience 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain empathy with stakeholders 
  • Experience of working autonomously and managing own workload efficiently and effectively 

 

 

How will this process work?

The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
 

  • Virtual competency style interview with two team members – 30-60 minutes
  • 2 x mock lecturettes
