The Law School is looking for an outstanding individual to proactively assist Client Relationship Managers to develop excellent relationships with employers on behalf of the Law School.
The role-holder will work collaboratively with key law school stakeholders this including onboarding and Program operations. To ensure employer satisfaction with all elements of BPP’s programmes and that the sponsored learner and apprentice experience in the Law School is positive.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring employer satisfaction with all elements of BPP Programmes,:
- Managing the main Legal inbox, which involved replying to employer quires, resolving matters and keeping key stakeholder informed. Written communication emphasised.
- Analysing and structuring data using Excel, making sure to translate this information in professional PowerPoint presentations for all stakeholder to understand.
- Creation of final report and aligning all learners progression to the employers. Support new employers from onboarding to ensure an excellent start with BPP
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Client relationship, having worked with assisting several stakeholder at the same time and managing timely communication
- Working with other stakeholders within and outside of the Law School, ensuring good relationships across internal and external stakeholder
- Ability to work with data and analyse data in digestible format
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes
