What you’ll be doing
We are excited to be expanding our team at BPP and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Bid Manager to join our growing Bid Management function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Bid Proposal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about creating compelling, high-quality proposals that win business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Bid Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of professional, persuasive, and strategically aligned bid content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across global markets to ensure our proposals reflect the highest standards and align with client expectations and business objectives.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Proven experience in bid management or proposal writing, ideally in a commercial or professional services environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across international teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Develop and write winning content tailored to client needs and bid requirements.
- Work closely with international stakeholders to gather insights and align messaging.
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in all bid documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
