We are seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our North American leadership team in a newly created, high-impact role.

This is a unique opportunity to define and shape the future of digital innovation across a growing education group that includes Sprott Shaw College, Ascenda, and Arbutus College.

About the Role

As our Digital Transformation Lead, you will assess and analyse the current digital landscape across our North American operations, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

You'll then develop and deliver a strategic digital transformation roadmap, leading initiatives from concept through to implementation to drive operational excellence, empower teams, and foster a culture of innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver a digital transformation roadmap across North American operations, aligned with the wider group strategy.
  • Review, optimise, and integrate core systems and processes to improve efficiency and create a seamless user experience.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and innovative digital solutions to enhance operational performance and support future growth.
  • Lead change management initiatives, engaging stakeholders and fostering organisation-wide adoption of new technologies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape digital strategy and transformation priorities.
  • Support the development of technology-enabled campuses, creating connected physical and digital learning environments.
  • Build digital capability across teams, championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives and systems comply with Canadian regulatory, privacy, security, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver integration and transformation projects from concept through to implementation.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive and engaging individual who can influence change across all levels of operations. Someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll likely have experience leading digital transformation, organizational change, or technology adoption projects within education, professional services, or similarly complex environments.

You'll also bring:

  • A strong understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to influence and inspire teams through periods of change.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive projects forward.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Agility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive, energetic approach that motivates others and builds momentum.

Experience within the education sector would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates who can bring fresh ideas and demonstratable expertise from other industries.

Why Join Us?

  • Exciting opportunity to own and shape a brand-new role.
  • Play a key part in transforming multiple educational entities across North America.
  • Work alongside an ambitious and forward-thinking leadership team.
  • Help shape the future of AI and digital innovation across a global education provider
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model based in vibrant downtown Vancouver.
  • Employee Study Scheme - employees can study a wide range of online, face-to-face and blended learning courses at no cost.

If you're excited by the challenge of leading meaningful change and building the future of digital education, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo the relevant background and country specific checks. Travel to various sites across North America will also be a requirement of the role.
