Firebrand Training is seeking an Enterprise Sales Coach (Sales Manager), to drive our top salespeople to help our large clients achieve more through our accelerated training solutions. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth in our mission to become a £100m business. The expectation will be to drive considerable revenue growth in the first year in role.

The successful candidate will have several years’ experience exceeding targets in enterprise sales management roles - selling commercial IT training solutions.

Accountabilities 

  • Hit target: deliver the budgeted Enterprise team revenue target
  • Enterprise sales strategy development: build and maintain the process for targeting, acquiring and growing enterprise clients
  • Customer-focused: you’ll put the customer first, building solutions that use Firebrand’s unique approach to accelerated learning. Your team will build and maintain strong, long-lasting; following the sales process to understand the customer’s pain points. You’ll be a master of the CRM, experience in Salesforce is an advantage
  • Team development: implement Firebrand’s sales coaching philosophy to develop, train and motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets. You’ll set the high standards for success
  • Collaboration: work closely with the Head of UK Sales and Chief Revenue Officer and Firebrand / BPP Education Group to build amazing customer solutions
  • Performance management: you’ll be data-driven in your approach to improving the team, their pipeline and results. You’ll develop a commission plan that motivates the team
  • You’ll also be expected to contribute to the team performance with your own direct revenue generation

Attributes

The successful candidate will have several years’ experience in leading an enterprise sales team within a commercial IT training organisation. You’ll be motivated to exceed your target, ensuring that those in your team hit theirs too.

You’ll be a curious problem-solver, who loves improving through coaching and development.

You’ll have proven success in managing, coaching and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams to over-achieving targets.

Compensation

Highly competitive salary and commission plan with comprehensive benefits package - including paid sabbaticals and Bupa healthcare. You can travel the world when you earn your spot at Quota Club.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you’ll work from the London office at least three days per week. You’ll also be expected to travel to customers where appropriate.
