BPP is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Freelance CII Insurance Tutor to support the delivery of our insurance apprenticeship programmes and professional qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of insurance professionals while sharing your industry expertise with learners across a range of programmes.

What you'll be doing

As a Freelance CII Insurance Tutor, you'll deliver high-quality teaching across a range of qualifications, including:

• CII Certificate in Insurance (Level 3)
• CII Diploma in Insurance (Level 4)
• CII Advanced Diploma in Insurance (Level 6)

You'll create engaging and commercially relevant learning experiences, helping learners develop occupational competence, build professional knowledge and achieve successful qualification outcomes. You'll also contribute to creating and enhancing learning materials to ensure content remains current, accurate and aligned with industry requirements.

About you

We're looking for professionals who have:

Essential

• CII qualifications at Levels 3, 4 and 6
• Strong teaching or training experience
• Experience supporting the learning and development of others
• Relevant insurance industry experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• A collaborative and learner-focused approach

Desirable

• Additional teaching qualifications
• Experience delivering learning through online platforms
• Experience using virtual classroom technologies and learning tools
• Experience teaching diverse learner groups
