 An opportunity has arisen for an operations administrator to join the team. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our customer communities across our range of online courses, membership and communities platform and support platform within the BPP Group.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Provide tailored support to learners and partners across digital channels, focusing on assessment and exam preparation.
  • Assist with student registration, onboarding, and webinar delivery.
  • Coordinate marking processes and ensure timely feedback.
  • Contribute to content development alongside instructors and product teams.
  • Engage with global customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance learner experience and meet customer experience (CX) metrics.
  • Participate in projects aimed at innovating e-learning delivery.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management.

 

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Ability to use Office 365 applications such as email/excel.
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing or online learning and providing remote support.
  • Experience  delivering customer support 
  • Managing and supporting remote activities and customers

 

Desirable: 

  • Higher education qualification in business/marketing/communications
  • Experience in education/e-learning
