You will need to have up-to-date knowledge on the current international landscape, including being informed on external policies and changes, such as rules enforced by UKVI in order to support Students with their journey to the UK.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will support in monitoring international students as they arrive in the UK and to BPP, collecting data from students and other information sources in order to monitor and present an accurate picture of the arrival of international students per intake.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Track arrivals and maintain records using multiple data sources
- Liaise with students to obtain arrival information/dates
- Monitor to the arrivals inbox for queries from students and staff
- Work and escalate complex cases to senior staff
- Monitor and work towards key internal and external deadlines to ensure students arrive on time and are student visa/UKVI compliant
- Recommend extensions to enrolment and student deferrals to senior staff based on information gathered from students
- Provide arrivals information to senior staff to inform decisions on non-enrolment as per UKVI guidance
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Educated to degree level or relevant work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills
- Computer literate with experience of MS Word, Excel and email packages
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work with speed and accuracy
- Commitment to, and responsibility for, meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Experience of working in Higher Education and/or with International Students would be advantageous
