As such, an opportunity has arisen for a diligent and methodical individual to join our School of Business as an International Service Delivery Administrator. You will assist the International Sponsorship Officer and the International Service Delivery Manager in ensuring a high level of quality concerning the outputs of the International Service Delivery Team.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and monitoring all English Language tests to ensure we are planning for key CAS issuance deadlines
- Monitor quality queries and provide performance reports to the Senior International Service Delivery Officer on identified trends and issues
- Ensure sponsorship letters are accurately and successfully sent to Students/Agents
- Maintain standard operating procedures for the team, ensuring accuracy and version control are closely monitored
- Assist with data quality checking and cleansing to ensure data is recorded accurately in BPP’s CRM system
- Assist with the production of a range of ad-hoc and standard data analysis reports
- Minute, document and track minutes and actions from meetings as required by the International Service Delivery Manager and Head of International Service Delivery
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Educated to degree level or relevant work experience
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work with speed and accuracy
- Commitment to, and responsibility for, meeting strict deadlines
- Able to build good working relationships across all levels
- Able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Experience in the Higher Education Sector and/or knowledge of the UK Secondary Education System would be advantageous
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
