An opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated individual to join the team as a As a Level 3 Accountancy and Tax Coach. You will be a dedicated point of contact for our Level 3 apprentices, you will provide tailored coaching, support, and guidance. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping apprentices build their skills, confidence, and professional competence.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Accountancy and Tax apprenticeship team, you will deliver both proactive and reactive support to apprentices:

 As such, you will be responsible for: 

 

  • Managing and supporting your own cohort of Level 3 apprentices
  • Build strong, trusting relationships and offer personalised one-to-one guidance
  • Motivate and encourage learners to complete their programme on time
  • Monitor apprentice progress, focusing on successful completion of assessments
  • Mark and give feedback on skills and behaviour development assignments
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support apprentices with Functional Skills qualifications where applicable
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders


What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • A genuine commitment to helping learners succeed and enhancing the apprentice experience
  • Very good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and show empathy
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
  • Proactive in developing personal knowledge and skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a wider team
  • Solid understanding of the Level 3 AAT qualification and apprenticeship
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
