What you’ll be doing
As the PD Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer service by using a range of tech tools and collaborating with colleagues across and beyond BPP.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Issuing invoices in a timely manner
- Creating student bookings using platforms like Administrate, Salesforce, Teams, Xero, and Adobe Connect
- Managing a shared inbox and ensuring queries are handled efficiently
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Office and administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel) and general IT literacy
- Experience in a professional education or customer-facing setting (desirable but not essential)
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes
