What you’ll be doing
When you are up and running in this role you will know all there is to know about our accountancy and tax apprenticeships programmes – Making you a true programme specialist and providing extensive exposure to stakeholders and learners.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Leading reviews and updates for programme content as needed, working closely with the Head of Programme.
- Collaborating with the Head of Programme to execute effective programme design.
- Training internal stakeholders on A&T apprenticeships to ensure comprehensive understanding and support for learners and employers.
- Facilitating engaging inductions for apprenticeship learners and providing an introduction to the programme.
- Working closely with coaches to evaluate and implement necessary programme improvements.
- Spearheading the delivery of new standards within BPP and with external institutes.
- Conducting research and design programmes as required.
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal including presentation skills.
- The ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people (internal and external).
- Proactive, resilient, and ready to take on any task
- Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines
- Able to prioritise effectively and be able to juggle several tasks at the same time
- Work well within a team to solve problems collectively, making suggestions and using other people's ideas and advice
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes

The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS and Children’s Barred List check.
