Treasury Assistant

Your key responsibility will be to produce Monthly Bank and Suspense account reconciliations. Cash management and process of manual payments.

What you’ll be doing
You key responsible will be to:
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintenance of related suspense accounts
- Process and post manual payments (electronic payments)
- Produce daily cash balances
- Update and maintain bank mandates
- Process Season ticket loan and Company credit card applications
- Inter company transfers and postings
- Perform weekly cash flow analysis
- Assist in the completion of ad-hoc work as and when necessary
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Bank reconciliation / general ledger experience
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- AX Dynamics systems knowledge advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player and on his/her own initiative
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- 1 stage competency style interview with two team members – 30 minutes – discussing the role and your experience
