What you’ll be doing
You will also be responsible for implementing, managing and enhancing all Academic Administration processes within the School. This role is also key to ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to in relation to BPP University and external regulatory bodies.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Work with the wider Academic Administration team to undertake assessment tasks
- Ensure that data integrity is adhered to at all times when dealing with assessment tasks
- Support the smooth running of assessment sessions and respond to queries from internal and external customers
- Assist with the formatting of examination papers, production of assessments, production of marking materials, collating samples for external examiners and professional bodies
- Maintain cohort and programme information in relation to assessments
- Coordinate the marking process for all assessments on various assessment software
- Support the system for moving assessments through the marking process
- Coordinate the academic misconduct process within the school
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong administration, process and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and people-focussed with excellent customer and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and skills in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task when necessary
- Flexible approach to working in a collaborative environment
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 30-60 minutes
