Due to continued growth and success of our Apprenticeship Operations Department, an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail orientated individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Operations Executive. You will be responsible for offering direct support with the admissions and onboarding of both clients and learners on to their chosen Apprenticeships.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you’ll be entrusted to manage your own time and workload independently whilst also being a key member of a close-knit and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will assist learners through the admissions and onboarding process by ensuring that the learners are signed up with the correct compliance documents, and that those documents are inputted into the funding systems in a timely manner.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Daily monitoring of new apprenticeship bookings
- Responding to learner and client queries that come through via email or telephone
- Checking and confirming eligibility criteria for clients and learners and issuing the necessary sign-up paperwork required
- Reviewing and auditing sign-up packs to ensure accuracy and then inputting the data into the funding system
- Managing the full process of onboarding a learner onto an apprenticeship including the completion of checks and the administration of all the relative paperwork
- Ensure all data is entered into the systems accurately and paperwork is stored securely
- Work closely with and maintain regular communication with both clients and learners throughout the entire admissions and onboarding process
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to carry out tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Computer literate with experience of using MS Applications
- Possess passion and enthusiasm for delivering first class client/learner support
