You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing the accurate setup of programmes and the timely execution of all administrative and communication tasks.

What you’ll be doing

The Customer Operations Executive contributes to the seamless delivery of PD’s programmes and the overall success of our division and organisation

As such, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Process bookings and assist customers in securing professional development courses
  • Respond to telephone calls offering information to clients and resolving enquiries
  • Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring easy access to schedules, attendance, and certificates
  • Maintain calendars and reminders
  • Send timely course reminders, joining instructions, and follow-ups to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their professional development journey is smooth and rewarding. experience
  • Processing payments from customers who are booked onto the PD courses

 

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Good organisational and time management skills and takes ownership of workload.
  • Can establish robust relationships with essential stakeholders.
  • Adopts and agile mindset and readily adapts to last minute changes.
  • Approaches problem solving proactively and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including word, Excel, Outlook and 365.
  • Good Communication both verbally and in writing.

 

How will this process work?

The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:

  • Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes
