Client Relationship Manager 

 

The Law School is looking for an outstanding individual to proactively line manage Client Relationship Managers alongside continuing to develop excellent relationships with employers on behalf of the Law School.

The role-holder will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, including the Curriculum Team, Award Leaders and Programme Operations, to ensure employer satisfaction with all elements of BPP’s programmes and that the sponsored learner   experience in the Law School is positive.

The CRM, Team Lead will act as the key point of contact between a CRM and the Senior CRM to ensure that work is distributed fairly and properly and to ensure that the CRMs are providing an excellent service to their employers.

 

 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong employer relationships through regular and structured contact points thereby achieving ‘trusted advisor’ status
  • Support new employers from onboarding to ensure an excellent start with BPP

 

 

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  •  Client relationship management
  •  Working with other stakeholders within and outside of the Law School
  •  Ability to work with data
  •  Ability to supervise other employees

 

 

 

 

How will this process work?

The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:

  • Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes
