As a Customer Operations Executive in the Professional Development (PD) Operations Team your pivotal role involves ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You’ll assist them in navigating our extensive range of PD products and exclusive BPP qualification offerings. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in executing administrative and communication tasks promptly.

What you’ll be doing

 

In this role you would be providing additional coaching and support to our apprentices via a range of contact methods and to liaise with their employer to ensure they progress through their apprenticeship smoothly.

As such, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Process bookings and applications, including issuing joining instructions, handling transfers, invoices, and cancellations.
  • Ensure attendance records for all courses and qualification products are up to date.
  • Monitor course capacity and assist in managing over- or under-bookings.
  • Support the online team by setting up B2C asynchronous content.
  • Maintain accurate records of delegate information and generate completion certificates.
  • Manage multiple mailboxes, responding to queries and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customer service, presenters, and programme teams.
  • Assist the Senior Programme Operations Manager and contribute to the team’s success as needed.

 

 

What experience you’ll need

 

  • Self-motivated and approaches problem-solving proactively and creatively. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and takes ownership of workload. 
  • Maintains a consistently high level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Displays proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and 365. 
  • Works effectively within a team and embraces collaboration. 
  • Can establish and cultivate robust relationships with essential stakeholders. 
  • Works independently with minimal daily supervision.
