At BPP, we're looking for an experienced Data professional to join our School of Technology as a Data Tutor. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your industry expertise with teaching, coaching and mentoring, helping apprentices and students develop the skills they need to succeed in today's data-driven world.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and innovative teaching across technical and degree apprenticeship programmes.
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials, webinars and learning activities.
- Support learners through coaching, personal tuition and project supervision.
- Create and mark assessments, providing constructive feedback to support learner success.
- Bring current industry knowledge and real-world data experience into the classroom.
- Work closely with employers to ensure programmes reflect evolving industry needs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and thought leadership activities.
- Support client engagement, recruitment events and wider business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Essential
✅ Significant professional experience within Data-related roles
✅ A relevant professional qualification
✅ Experience developing, training or leading others
✅ Strong presentation and communication skills
✅ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
✅ Commercial awareness and strong digital literacy
✅ A collaborative and self-motivated approach to work
Desirable
⭐ Experience of coaching or mentoring
⭐ Knowledge of work-based learning or apprenticeship programmes
⭐ A postgraduate qualification
⭐ Industry certifications and professional accreditations
⭐ Experience presenting to a range of stakeholders
