You will be responsible for delivering high-impact training across a range of ISO and compliance courses. This hybrid role combines in-person teaching at Firebrand centres with remote course development and learner support.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will we are looking for a skilled and passionate ISO Trainer to deliver high-impact training across a range of ISO and compliance courses. This hybrid role combines in-person teaching at Firebrand centres with remote course development and learner support.

As such, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accelerated training courses for:
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation (ISO27F)
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (ISO27LI)
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor (ISO27LA)
  • NIS2 Directive
  • ISO/IEC 23001 Lead Implementer (ISO23LI)
• Ensure learners are fully prepared for certification exams and practical application.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance course content and delivery methods.
• Participate in internal development and quality assurance processes.
• Perform any additional duties reasonably requested by management to support the needs of the business

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Must be a PECB registered instructor.
• Must be certified for the forementioned courses.
• Proven experience delivering ISO and compliance training.
• Minimum three years relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learner needs.
• Comfortable working in both classroom and remote environments.
