What you’ll be doing
In this role you will work with your team to maximise international student recruitment and ensure a consistent level of excellence in customer experience.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the International Office and other staff in the recruitment of students and delivery of international business
- Managing a small team of International Recruitment Officers
- Assisting in achieving targets for international student recruitment
- Supporting the planning and growth of MSc Management programmes for International Students
- Recording and processing student applications efficienty
- Contribute to the development of policy on student administration issues, including participation as required in various committees and working groups and enhancing sector-wide knowledge through conferences attendance etc.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A passion and flair for dealing with international students.
- A friendly approach
- Excellent customer services skills
- The drive and desire to move the International business forward and play an
- instrumental part in its development.
- Proactive in suggesting ways to increase sales
- Clear logical thinking and good planning skills, coupled with the ability to manage & work well as part of a team in a very collaborative environment
- Ability to work speedily and accurately to ensure that individual and team deadlines are met
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes
