What you’ll be doing

In this role you'll have a vital contribution to the analysis of contracts and terms on successful new bids. You'll work with a range of internal and external stakeholders conducting data analysis and supporting the handover of new contracts.

 

As such, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the handover of new contracts into the operational teams with regards to data and MI requirements, KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Liaise with the internal legal team and senior leadership team stakeholders to ensure prompt review of any new bid T&CS on successful bid wins.
  • Data analysis, reporting and administrative tasks required by the bid team.
  • Reviewing Terms & Conditions in collaboration with Legal, Information Security and Data Protection 

 

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Understanding of skills framework MI returns e.g., CCS, YPO, Salisbury, NHS NOE.
  • Attention to detail, and experience of compliance checking of data entries.
  • Able to work with quantitative data and provide summary reports
  • Strong MS Tools skills - specifically Excel and Word

 

How will this process work?

The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:

  • Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes 
  • Assessment - related to Excel & Data Analysis
