You will help to support the Head of Generative AI and Digital Learning in the strategic development and implementation of Generative AI projects and digital learning technologies across the BPP Education Group.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will will work closely with Generative AI tools and a range of education technologies and platforms, to design and build proof of concepts, and enhance the learning and teaching experience.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Assist the Head of Generative AI and Digital Learning in liaising with key stakeholders on the development and use of Generative AI projects and digital learning technologies.
- Act as a secondary point of contact with Product & Technology, ensuring faculty perspective is integrated.
- Have significant responsibility in maintaining appropriate standards on the use of digital learning technologies by academic staff & students.
- Lead in research into good practice in digital learning and Generative AI. Develop and maintain internal/external networks to stay abreast of sector trends.
- Lead in the development of an integrated strategy for staff & student training in Generative AI and digital learning platforms.
- Assist in horizon scanning and sector benchmarking in the area of Generative AI and digital learning.
- Support the Head of Generative AI and Digital Learning in scholarly activity related to Generative AI to enhance BPP Group’s sector position.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group on learner experience enhancement projects.
- Perform from time to time other such duties as may be consistent with the post.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in front-end development and UI design.
- PGCLT or equivalent, recognised UK teaching qualification
- Significant experience in using and building with Generative AI tools, models and application
- Fellow of Advance HE (UKPSF D2)
- Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
- Passion for digital learning and teaching
- Ability to research and convey complex information to a variety of audiences in a variety of formats (e.g. presentations, reports, data analysis).
- Efficient research skills and takes a proactive approach to research and staying updated with industry trends
