What you’ll be doing
Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll design and manage automated journeys that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and support business growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with hands-on experience in marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lifecycle messaging. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Marketo, or Emarsys
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and inbound marketing best practices
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Passion for digital marketing and CRM innovation
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence
- Commitment to thorough QA processes and efficient team resourcing
