We're now looking for enthusiastic people looking to develop to join our team to support our Planning and Scheduling department. We are seeking individuals who have great attention to detail, and a keen eye for problem solving.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will work to support the effective and efficient setup of products in our BPP Systems and maintain the Product Catalogue in line with any changes.

As such, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in setting up course/material products on relevant BPP systems, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  • Process changes to capacity, location or date of courses, as well as any cancellations
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence in regards to set up, ensuring there is a clear and consistent timeline and documented evidence of actions and communications.

 

What experience you’ll need

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Organised and self-disciplined with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to build good working relationships across all levels. 
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
  • Experience of working with CRM style systems is highly desirable
