Receptionist & Facilities Support Officer - BPP Group & Estio


With your excellent customer service skills, you will be undertaking a multifaceted role within the Estio Leeds office. You will provide support across multiple areas including reception and switchboard, maintenance coordination, management of onsite staff facilities, administration, health & safety assessments and wider group health & safety initiatives where required. 


What you’ll be doing

  • Reporting to Centre Operations Manager, providing day to day support as necessary
  • To lead on all H&S matters across Estio
  • To undertake regular office audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, reporting on findings, and investigating incidents where required
  • To liaise with the landlord and contractors to ensure the office is maintained to the required standard
  • To oversee the smooth running of the reception desk, greeting visitors, answering switch board calls, and managing the office email inbox
  • To manage the car park, ensuring adherence to the car park rules
  • To manage and process all company stationery orders
  • To provide support to the executive directors as required
  • To help coordinate company events, such as Christmas parties and other office social activities.
  • Any other duties required in support of the role

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrable record in providing assistance within a facilities, retail or property environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and associated responsibility for completing a task coupled with the ability to balance conflicting interests
  • Well organised with attention to detail and self-disciplined with ability to prioritise under pressure  
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Competence in administration using standard IT programmes, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
