By joining BPP as a Client Service Executive, you will be working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, as a key part of the Client Operations team. You'll be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met as well as, making sure that excellent customer service is consistent throughout.

What you’ll be doing?
Keeping on top of enquiries is also key to this role, as well as processing records across all the BPP systems. Student and client support is another main aspect of this job, as you will be supporting students when it comes to exam resits, providing client feedback and assistance with log-on queries.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients is vital to this role. In addition to this, you will be meeting your personal, team and department Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.
