We're now looking for enthusiastic and innovative people to join our Apprenticeship Operations team and ensure learners are fully signed up with compliance documents in line with ESFA funding rules. We are seeking individuals who have great attention to detail, and a keen eye for problem solving.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be responsible for end to end accurate processing of new apprenticeships, and managing the apprenticeship completion process, accurate data entry of breaks and leavers and any amendments/changes to funding information

As such, you will be responsible for:

  • Audit and Compliance across new apprenticeship processes
  • Producing reporting as answering all queries received into mailbox
  • Data entry of apprenticeship starts following quality control checks, assessor changes, breaks in learning and leaver non-achievers,
  • Checking and confirming eligibility of apprentices and auditing sign-up packs before inputting data to PICS
  • Assisting with the day to day administration of the Apprenticeship Service
  • Providing first line of contact via Emails, telephone calls etc.

 

What experience you’ll need

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Excellent communication with a positive telephone manner and the ability to build rapport and maintain empathy with students and clients
  • Ability to effectively manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, promptly responding to queries, ensuring expectations are managed
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation
  • Strong Computer Literacy and MS Office skills
  • Strong data-entry and data analysis skills
  • Passionate about client service with a positive approach to dealing with people
