What you’ll be doing
In this role you will work closely with various internal BPP departments such as our Student Support Team, Academic Administration Team and Central Operational and Client Services Teams. You will act as a key point of contact for students offering programme specific advice and administrative support with day-to-day programme specific activities.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting on all student facing activities such as induction and programme specific events
- Responding to programme related student queries including complex queries referred by Student Support Officers
- Management and organisation of Student Voice Forum
- Coordination and collation of all programme specific student surveys
- Elective choice coordination and communications
- Carrying out monthly data analysis and supporting with intervention meetings
- Creating guides and process documents and hosting online support sessions
- Working with teams to support student specific behavioural issues
- Point of contact for the Office of Regulation and Compliance to support and assist with any investigatory work required
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Experience of working within a service delivery environment working towards KPI’s and SLA’s
- Demonstrable experience of a commitment to improving service and customer satisfaction
- Ability to coordinate and problem solve complicated operational challenges
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 30-60 minutes
