We’re looking for an established Sales Operations Manager, who understands how to grow teams to develop their market and is capable of driving operational excellence.
This role centres on leading and optimising the business development team with a focus on increasing market share and driving new business acquisition for technology training solutions.

What You’ll Do
The Sales Operations Manager will lead and optimise the performance of our Client Solutions Executives (CSEs) with a focus on growing market share and driving new business acquisition for technology training solutions.
As such you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSEs and line management of the CSE team, measuring performance and progress against monthly objectives.
- Driving and delivering the successful performance of the team
- Foster a results-driven culture with a strong focus on professional development, collaboration, and accountability
- Own the operational performance of top-of-funnel sales pipeline
- Managing and maintaining the quality and reliability of sales data
- Support the on-going analysis of sales team’s performance and effectiveness
- Recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members, coach and mentor junior members of the team and underperforming team members
- Development of a structured sales playbook, including key messaging frameworks and tailored prospecting strategies aligned to target audiences
- Maintaining team resources – product related materials and work instructions
- Work with marketing and commercial stakeholders to optimise campaigns and targeting strategies
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in a sales management role,
- preferably in a B2B, Technology or education/training environment
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT, MEDDIC)
- Proven experience leading or directly supporting CSE or inside sales teams, with a strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales activity
- CRM Salesforce experience
- Strong capability with data analysis and sales forecasting comfortable interpreting performance dashboards and presenting data
- Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution

How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members, with presentation task – 60 minutes
