Contract type: 12-month Fixed Term contract

 An opportunity has arisen for a high performing, relationship driven individual to join the team as a Global Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and growing our international partner network on a 12-month fixed contract.

You will be responsible for: 

 

  • Activating and onboarding new partners, aligning on go-to-market plans and delivering impactful sales training.
  • Building strong relationships across all levels of partner organisations.
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure seamless partner activation.
  • Owning the partner relationship end-to-end and act as their voice within DMI.
  • Maintaining accurate data and insights in Salesforce.

 

What we’re looking for

  

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in inside sales or channel roles.
  • Proven success managing and growing existing customer portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning.
