What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Category Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing compelling category narratives, driving integrated marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work cross-functionally to bring customer insight, brand strategy, and commercial goals together, delivering campaigns that resonate with our audiences and drive measurable impact.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Brand, Product, Strategy and Performance and Performance Media to ensure our category strategies are insight-led, creatively executed, and commercially effective.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Extensive marketing experience, with a strong track record in category, brand, or product marketing roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of customer insight, segmentation, and persona development.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
