What you’ll be doing
In this role you would have total oversight of the relationship between our internal programme teams and some of our public sector clients, with the ultimate aim of delivering the best learning experience possible.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key point of contact for the client training team and senior stakeholders – Answering queries and being on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.
- Working with internal departments to ensure that everything is in place for end-to-end programme logistics to run smoothly and on time.
- Ensuring that BPP are delivering on everything set out in the service level agreement.
- Tracking learner progress and success in order to report back to both internal and client stakeholders.
- Being an ambassador for BPP both internally and externally, communicating and promoting the vision and direction of the company with passion.
- Conducting logistical tasks including onboarding of learners and co-ordinating bookings etc.
- Work towards internal and client service level agreements and key performance indicators (e.g. response times, reporting deadlines etc.)
- Preparation for external client meetings including but not limited to documents, slides, reports, data analysis
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- It is essential that you have proven experience managing successful client relationships or accounts in a corporate setting to be successful in this role.
- Experience in the training or learning sector would be hugely advantageous – particularly in apprenticeships.
- Experience working with demanding clients showing strong communication skills and an attention to detail is essential.
- Very strong planning, co-ordination and administrative skills.
- You will also need experience working to strict SLAs and KPIs.
- You’ll need to be passionate about providing excellent client service with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Experience working in the public sector would be beneficial but not essential.

- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes
