Sales Executive

Job Purpose

Firebrand Training is seeking Sales Executives, to help our customers achieve more through our accelerated certification courses. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth in our mission to become a £100m business. The expectation will be to deliver considerable revenue in your first year in role.

Successful candidates will have experience exceeding targets, selling commercial IT training.

Accountabilities

  • Hit your revenue target.
  • Be hungry for success: you’ll respond to leads quickly with high activity levels and conversion rates, following the sales process to understand the customer’s pain points. You’ll be a master of the CRM, experience in Salesforce is an advantage
  • Customer-focused: you’ll put the customer first, finding solutions that use Firebrand’s unique approach to accelerated learning
  • Collaboration: work closely with Sales Coaches (Managers), the Head of UK Sales and your sales colleagues to ensure your success

Attributes

Successful candidates will have several years’ experience selling commercial IT training courses and be motivated to exceed your target.

You’ll be a curious problem-solver, who loves improving through coaching and development.

You’ll be hungry to earn more commission, with a proven success in over-achieving targets.

Compensation

Take home a basic of £35k - £50k (dependant on experience), plus unlimited commission and a comprehensive benefits package – including a paid sabbaticals and Bupa healthcare. You can travel the world when you earn your spot at Quota Club.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you’ll work from the London office at least three days per week.
